I play a sport called pickleball, which is usually played on hard court tennis courts or on gym floors. Wearing the correct shoes is of upmost importance. The NB WC1005 shoes are perfect for all of the quick movements, both side to side and back to front. They are so lightweight you don't even feel them as you move on the court. I highly recommend these shoes for any type of court sport.

I was wearing the NB804 tennis shoe but they are all leather and really hot, and as they aged, the leather loosened up and I couldn't tighten it up enough to keep my foot from slipping. I wanted to move to the WC1005 but was concerned about the reviews noting the heel was wider/larger than in the previous model (1004) and although I have a wide foot, I have a narrow heel. After trying them on in a store and having the heel slip initially, I re-tightened them and changed the lacing at the top, and they felt great. The white/blue version is running about $40 cheaper on-line than the all white so I bought it. I've been wearing them for tennis several hours a day for the last two weeks. I have a bunion on one foot and normally have to wear a D (wide) width, but in this shoe the regular B width has been perfect. They felt great from the first day and I'm very pleased.

I have a narrow foot and have difficulty finding shoes that fit well. These have a narrow enough toe box to keep my foot from sliding around inside the shoe. And they are very cushiony!

I love Asics running shoes, so when I saw they made tennis shoes, I fell even more in love! As an avid, advance tennis player I've been through my fair share of overly expensive shoes. These Asics tennis shoes fit true to size, I have a narrow foot so I have a little wiggle room side to side but this was expected. Durable, great shoe, medium weight, lots of support. Definitely will be trying other asics tennis shoes in the future!
